Tahoe Rim Trail

The Tahoe Rim Trail is just north of the Sierra surrounding Lake Tahoe and wanders through Desolation Wilderness, some of the most epic scenery in California. The Pacific Crest Trail overlaps with this trail on the western side through Echo Lake.
